However, Erika was used to perform dark magic, which terrified her. She abandoned the doctrines of Sahas and escaped. Dying of dehydration, a wolf approached her. This mysterious wolf offered her a path to happiness, but she needed to let the wolf into her heart in exchange. This merger muted her but also turned her into the youngest Champion in Jaelara.

Lore: When Kendra was young she was tasked with protecting the Book of the Damned. She and the book were suspended from time and trapped in The Pillar. After an attack by an unwelcomed visitor destroyed the spell around the Pillar, Kendra was returned to a world that was nothing like she remembered it.

Lore: In a very real way, Korr’s life started the moment he was killed. He was nothing more than a fiend roaming the inferno pits, killing and scavenging as he pleased. One day, he was kidnaped by Rayne and brought to Kendra’s laboratory to be experimented on. The goal was to resurrect a beast to add to her army, using the magics contained in the Book of the Damned. Killing Korr was no problem; Kendra even took some enjoyment out of it. Her powers were not strong enough alone to resurrect Korr, so Kendra recruited an apprentice; a young girl with raw powers that eventually surpassed her own. Kendra succeeded at resurrecting Korr by inserting an old Demon’s Relic (the Taajthánatos) into his skull while having her apprentice cast a spell from the Book of the Damned. Although successfully reanimated, Korr was cursed with the knowledge of who he is - he is the first fiend to become self-aware.

Lore: Born as a fisherman in Ajna, Kunn expected to live a relatively simple life; that was, until he was drafted into the army. On one of his missions he was sent with an army led by Ra’Ha, Feng, and Long to attack the Sahas Academy. After taking a nearly fatal blow at the hands of Rayne, Kunn was rushed back to the medics of Ajna. His wounds were too deep and there was nothing they could do. The medics sent him across the River Ni to the Vadhis Empire, who consulted the Angels to have the Inmyeonjo potion created; a potion made from the blood of an angel. After drinking the potion, Kunn was cured in mere hours. The potion had a side-effect though, which caused him to grow his distinguished wings. Kunn now fights beside Ra’Ha and Nubia to defend the empire and the angels that saved him.

Strength: Long is a well rounded champion, with high attack, health, and a strong ability.
Lore: When his sister was on the verge of dying, Long made a deal with a dragon to save her life. In exchange for the cure, Long had the dragon's blood fuse into him. Now he carries the last remaining essence of the dragon race on Jaelara.

Strength: Malik's biggest strength is his high health and very strong offence
Lore: Malik became the chief of Vishud after his father was assassinated by an archer from Vadhis. Now he leads his army in the war against Vadhis, waiting for his opportunity to meet the archer face-to-face and finish what he started.

To seek revenge she made a deal with 5 ancient gods who gave her the Æther Sphere to help her predict the future.

Lore: Odara is the Princess of Vadhis and the only offspring to the King. It was revealed to her that her father was being manipulated by an evil force. Odara then vowed to save her family’s name and take down the tyrant King.

Strength: Ra'Ha has the best awareness of all champions and can deal with flyers.
Lore: Born an abomination, half-human and half-elf, Ra'Ha was never supposed to live. By the grace of the king, she was spared and joined his army. She climbed the ranks and became a general. During a skirmish against the savages of Vishud she lost her arm. The healers replaced it with a demon's arm. Now she seeks revenge on the monster that deformed her.

Strength: Rayne has the highest attack of all the champions allowing her to banish many creatures in a single blow. The shadows that surround her give her the ability to move through the darkness as easily as air, this gives her the ability to teleport into her opponent's blind spots.
Lore: Rayne is the last of the demons, a powerful race of warriors who roamed the world of Jaelara centuries before humans did. She now lives as the human's protector, ensuring their race never faces the same fate that her's did.
They locked eyes. The stranger stared at her, mesmerized by the shifting colours of fire in her eyes while he was concerned by the pain he saw reflected there. She stared, discombobulated because she was sure her father was dead, so how was he now helping her?
